In the middle of a scale-up phase, Mytraffic’s Account Management and Customer Success team is structuring and growing as part as the global Revenue Team.
In this context, we are recruiting our next Enterprise Customer Success Manager France in order to ensure perfect and smooth onboarding and adoption of our clients, fully run clients’ partnership and make sure our clients have an excellent hygiene.
To give you more details about your day-to-day at Mytraffic you:
- Launch & manage the use of MyTraffic solution on clients’ side
- Coordinate business review with decision makers
- Monitor customer engagement & proactively engage users
- Contribute to enhancing our solution by collecting feedback and sharing it internally
- Ensure our clients are fully satisfied
- Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the Account manager to win them
🧑💻 ABOUT YOUR TEAM 👩💻
You will work in a team of 5 Customer Success Managers and report to our Head of Account Management and Customer Success. The team will keep growing in the coming months/years and will allow our senior CSM to lead the team and transmit their knowledge.Enrich it, share your vision, and grow within MyTraffic!
This job is based in Paris with 2 days a week remote
- You’re an Expert : at least 5 years in a CSM role, ideally in a data related Saas company.
- You’re Customer centric : You have already manage enterprise account and complex sale cycle
- You’re Result-oriented : You have a proven track record of overachieving targets focus on the client -satisfaction to minimize the churn
- You’re a trouble shooter mindset : You are resilient, coachable and always wanted to find the best solution for our clients
- You’re an organizer : you’ve strong presentation & organizational skills you always interacting with other teams in order to actively enhance our product.
- And of course, you speak English and French perfectly !
