In the middle of a scale-up phase, Mytraffic’s Account Management and Customer Success team is structuring and growing as part as the global Revenue Team. In this context, we are recruiting our next Customer Success Manager Spain ( speaking perfectly Spanish and English) in order to ensure perfect and smooth onboarding and adoption of our clients, fully run clients’ partnership and make sure our clients have an excellent hygiene.
To give you more details about your day-to-day at Mytraffic you :
Drive customer onboarding and product adoption in the first 3 months
Build effective success plans capturing customers’ goals and success metrics to achieve their goals
Collaborate with other departments internally (Products, Sales, or Marketing)
Be the voice of the customers by collecting feedback and sharing it internally
Ensure 100% of customer retention
Launch & manage the use of MyTraffic solution on the client’s side
Coordinate business reviews with decision-makers
Monitor customer engagement & proactively engage users
Contribute to enhancing our solution by collecting feedback and sharing it internally
Ensure our clients are fully satisfied
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with the Account manager to win them
🧑💻 About your team 👩💻 You will work in a team of 5 Customer Success Managers and report to our Head of Account Management and Customer Success. The team will keep growing in the coming months/years. Enrich it, share your vision, and grow within MyTraffic!

You’re an Expert: you have at least 4 years in a CSM role, in Saas B2B and on a complex solution
You’re Customer-centric : You have already managed an important client portfolio with key accounts and complex sale cycle
You’re Result-oriented: You have a proven track record focusing on the client satisfaction to minimize the churn
You’re a troubleshooter mindset: You are resilient, coachable, and always wanted to find the best solution for our clients
You’re an organizer: you’ve strong presentation & organizational skills you always interact with other teams in order to actively enhance our product
And of course, you speak Spanish and English perfectly!
