The position

Job description

The HR Recruiter will be a vital member of the Human Resources team, working closely with hiring managers and department heads. This role will encompass all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding. The HR Recruiter will also contribute to promoting MSF’s employer brand and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Description

  • End-to-End Recruitment Management: Oversee the entire recruitment cycle, focusing on IT roles, and coordinate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs across departments.

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute strategies to attract a diverse and qualified talent pool, collaborating with other MSF offices for streamlined recruitment and onboarding.

  • Positive Candidate Experience: Ensure clear communication and feedback throughout the hiring process, conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.

  • Policy & Compliance Adherence: Implement recruitment policies that comply with Czech labor laws and uphold fair hiring practices, maintaining a legal and ethical recruitment process.

  • Continuous Improvement & Inclusivity: Analyze recruitment metrics, refine processes, and promote diversity and inclusion in hiring to align with best practices and organizational needs.

Preferred experience

Requirements

  • Strong motivation to contribute to MSF principles and humanitarian mission.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a multinational organization.

  • Proven track record in managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates

  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulations, particularly those related to recruitment and hiring practices

  • Full proficiency in English


Recruitment process

The recruitment process at MSF SITS usually follows three steps:

  1. Screening call

  2. 1st Interview - usually with the team leader & HR representative

  3. 2nd Interview - usually with the department leader

We take the liberty of adding a short test of abilities on positions requiring high level of technical skill. Otherwise our aim is to have swift and seamless recruitment process!
