Job description

Within our commercial German Team, you will have the task of identifying and qualifying the prospects in order to obtain a maximum number of meetings. You will be in charge of:

  • Putting in place a strategy of identification of entreprises and their relevant contacts
  • Contacting for the first time the potential clients via different channels by cold calling, social networking, mailings, as well as identifying the different contact points.
  • Create new job opportunities
  • Grasp the needs of potentials clients
  • Creation of new sales opportunities by generating a maximum number of meetings with our potential clients
  • Insuring the passing through of information and the adequate planning of meetings with the sales team
  • Assuring the follow- up after the first contact with clients
  • Collaborating with the marketing team for proposing and defining new strategies of growth and acquisition
  • Transcribing the information in the CRM

Preferred experience

  • You love start-ups and working in teams
  • You master German like a native speaker or you are one (C2 level)
  • You are not afraid of speaking and you are capable of getting the phone and obtaining meetings
  • You are a listener and business oriented, you know how to qualify the needs of clients.
  • You are persuasive, determined and perseverant
  • You have the taste of challenge and you love surpassing your goals
  • Ideally, you have an appetite for the digital and for the Fintech sector
  • You love persuading and selling, convincing potential clients does not scare you !

Package of remuneration is composed of a fix and a variable part uncapped.
