At moka.care, we believe that mental health is key for sustainable growth, both as individuals and as companies. Through individual and group therapy or coaching sessions, we make it possible for every employee to talk about anything, at the right time and, most importantly, with the right person.

Alongside our psychologists, coaches and therapists, we help companies take action for the well-being of their teams, and achieve healthy and sustainable growth.

Since our creation in January 2020, more than 100 companies (L'Oreal, Spendesk, Qonto, Engie, Castalie, etc.) have joined moka.care, and we now have over 15,000 employees covered in France but also throughout the world !

We have raised 15 million euros to help companies take care of the mental health of their employees and create healthy organizations.

Our investment fund is called Left Lane Capital and comes from the US! They are experts in our field and will bring us a lot of knowledge on scaling great companies.

Antoine Griezmann and Blaise Matuidi's investment fund, VC Origins, are participating in the funding round.

While always keeping a sustainable vision of team growth, our team is growing fast, with already 50 people onboard! We're not stopping there and want our team to keep growing as our product, to help us make mental health accessible to as many people as possible.

Why do we need you?

Help us to own our growth! As As a Sales Executive, your mission will be to develop our partnership companies portfolio in each segment (SMBs and enterprise).

You will work directly with Charlotte (Head of Sales & Customer), and join Sean, Kevin, Alison and Pamela.

As a member of the Sales Founding Team, you will have a large scope of missions, daily you will:

- Be owner of the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying new opportunities to negotiating and closing your deals. You identify your prospects, you reach them (by phone, email...), you qualify them.

- Generate your own pipeline by chasing for leads, working network, sourcing referrals, attending shows, and maintaining relationships with lost opportunities.

- Deliver consistent and predictable revenue growth from new companies in your segment.

- Evangelize moka.care in the community and network, serving as a brand ambassador.

- Work closely with the Head of Sales, the Customer Care team, the Operations team on strategic and cross-department topics

- Take part on building new Sales initiatives (indirect sales, product sales, partnerships, ...)

- Growing the team is also important and we value to have the right person joining us: you will take part of the recruitment process

- Learning and always improving is part of our DNA so you will have access to a lot of ressources to improve as a Sales but also regarding Mental Health

- You will be part of the starting team. Selling the solution is a perfect start to reach plenty of other positions at moka in the future, if that’s what you’d like.

- Your job will be impactful. Each time you sign a company, you give access to a service that could mentally secure hundreds of people.

You are the ideal person if:

  • You are able to develop senior-level relationships quickly and effectively within SMBs segment organizations (or enterprise)
  • You have a previous experience of 2+ years in sales B2B
  • You have strong organization and process mapping skills
  • Your are empathetic, listening, proactive, and want to go further
  • Ideally you have knowledge of the HR persona and international environment
  • You demonstrate strong communication skills, you are fluent in French and English, oral and written
  • You are allowed to work in France - at the moment we do not sponsor visas
