Missions 🎯

Your core mission will be to lead the product efforts for the Mojo app, reporting directly to the CEO. You will focus, run, and plan across a series of teams helping them deliver high-quality experiments and move the metrics.

More specifically, your job will consist in:

  • lead the product squads for each strategic initiative related to the product
  • anticipate product needs, help to reduce the complexity of items, and remove blockers for the team
  • show quantifiable impact by hitting aggressive goals that move metrics
  • leverage customer insights and data to supports new bets

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • manage the product squads: define goals and KPIs, decide on the next items and define related product requirements, and help to remove blockers for the team
  • collaborate and communicate with the engineers, the designers, and the founders
  • analyze product metrics to find insights and measure progress
  • talk to a range of customers, always looking for deeper insight

Here are the skills it takes to be a good fit:

  • 5+ years prior experience in Product Management at a mobile-first company or SaaS, startup or scale-up
  • strong skills in Analytics, Data & Metrics. You should be an expert in defining KPI, running A/B tests. Retention, funnels, and cohorts have no secret for you.
  • outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • experience working for a photo or video editing product is a huge plus
  • experience with starting its own company/product is greatly appreciated
  • experience working for a subscription product is appreciated as well
