You will be working in direct connection and report to Stephanie, our Head of People, Admin & Finance. You will be a key contributor to ensure the smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis with a focus on ensuring the best possible work conditions for mojo teammates.

🏢 Workplace

  • proactively help us to find our next offices (300+ sq. feet) 🚀
  • oversee and coordinate current office move and new office works and build-outs
  • maintain the office conditions and arrange necessary repairs
  • manage co-working spaces for remote teammates
  • manage the procurement of all office supplies, equipment and furniture, and monitor stocks
  • create, implement and maintain office operating procedures while identifying opportunities for improved operational standards
  • be the day-to-day key contact for the service providers and manage the proper delivery/execution of services
  • guarantee the highest standards and safety of goods and people on site by ensuring all facilities are compliant with local building, health, safety, and fire codes and regulations
  • provide the full spectrum of office services and general support to visitors
  • draft and manage office budget

  • actively participate in the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • plan, manage and execute in-house and off-site activities for the team from start to finish
  • support remote teammates in organizing their trips to the Paris office
  • ad-hoc support on various projects
