The position

Job description

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s day-to-day operations necessary for business success and growth. You’ll be working closely with the founders and help them run the company.

You will have to:

  • lead the hiring efforts for mojo and manage the recruitment process
  • manage and develop the Customer Support team
  • be in charge of finance and administration
  • oversee expenses and budgeting to help optimizing costs and benefits
  • manage accounting, taxes and subsidies - working with external firms
  • oversee legal, contracts and make sure the company is compliant with local laws (data privacy, etc.) working with lawyers
  • help us manage the HR policies: compensation, levels (scorecards), employee satisfaction, new employee onboarding, training
  • work on improving internal processes: communication, organisation, tools

Preferred experience

Here are the technical skills needed for the job:

  • 3+ years of experience in a business or operations-related position
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Business and finance skills
  • Have worked in a start-up before
  • Having done some hiring and HR in the past
  • French: native speaker, English: great writing

We’re a small team of 8 people. Half of us are working remotely. Our communication is mostly written.
