Mirakl's success relies on three main pillars: our Technology, our Expertise and our Ecosystem with Mirakl Connect. Mirakl Connect is the fast-growing platform bringing together curated, high-quality sellers and value-added service providers to jump start Marketplace launch and fuel continued success. It is one of the most strategic projects for Mirakl, in which it has been heavily invested, particularly since the last fundraising in September 2020.As part of the growth of this Ecosystem, the Seller team is key, having doubled in size since last year.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Seller team, we are looking for a Manager, B2B Connect. B2B is one of the most important strategic pillars of Mirakl: it represents a significant growth opportunity for marketplaces in general and Mirakl in particular and is seeing increased momentum, with GMV growth, product innovation (e.g., One Creditor model), diverse and growing portfolio of clients, with companies like Vestas, Toyota Material Handling, ABB, Metro...
With the growth of our B2B portfolio, growing the seller base becomes a strategic imperative. The Manager, B2B Connect is a global role (spanning across North America and EMEA) and covers all customer segments (wholesalers, manufacturers, purchasing organizations...). It has three main priorities:1. Participate in the definition of the strategy for B2B Connect (target categories, target seller types...) and further improve seller recruitment & onboarding processes (from commercial pitch to technical onboarding)2. Drive a team of business developers in charge of recruiting B2B sellers in Mirakl Connect3. Conduct missions for specific operators to "activate" Mirakl Connect sellers into our operators' marketplaces
