Job description

You will be part of the Product Business Group working on improving our conversational IA low code platform capabilities, to help companies provide simple and efficient customer interactions at any time.

We are growing the teams to build our European Tech Hub and looking for a Senior QA engineer that will help us bring modern agile QA practices to our product squads.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about quality and modern QA practices, is eager to share her/his knowledge, and works well in a fast-paced environment.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be the first QA engineer joining our team and you will help us improve our product quality and team’s velocity. We expect you to bring your knowledge, analyze our context, propose, and lead initiatives around QA practices:

  • Help the squads to think about testability and find corner cases on projects being scoped
  • Propose and train our teams in adopting new QA practices, improving our organization and software development lifecycle
  • Build an automated test case scenarios pipeline with our engineers
  • Implement automated test case scenarios for our product
  • Train our engineers in writing automated test case scenarios
  • Conduct sessions of exploratory testing and log monitoring to detect defects
  • Hire and lead a QA team in the future

Preferred experience

Must

  • 4+ years of experience as a QA engineer
  • 2+ years of experience writing automated test case scenarios
  • 1+ year of experience in an agile environment with modern QA practices
  • Passionate about quality and related practices
  • Excellent communication, teaching, and leadership skills
  • Full professional English proficiency

Bonus

  • You have built or participated in building a modern QA culture in a start-up
  • You have managed a QA team
