General description of the role

The Account Executive is responsible for increasing Mindsay’s market share in France and in Europe by selling Mindsay’ services into new business Medium-sized Enterprises within assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and hunt new prospects through networking & cold calling
  • Handle the whole sales process :

        - target appropriate contacts    - present/pitch our services/demos during face to face meetings with your prospects/clients    - respond to RFQ, RFI, RFP    - conduct prospect/client negotiations    - close deals
  • Negotiate contractual terms with prospects and clients
  • Increase monthly revenue by closing new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, and identifying new revenue streams
    within acquired clients
  • Maintain accurate records within the company’s sales databases
  • Understand Mindsay competitors and ecosystem
  • Be an expert in Mindsay’s products, solutions, policies and procedures
  • Perform other side projetcs as requested

Preferred experience

  • Higher education degree
  • 3+ years of business development/sales experience with a successful track record in solution selling (software or services) to medium and large-sized enterprises (Good knowledge of Travel / Retail Industry is a plus)
  • Must be a committed self-starter who has the drive to succeed in a high-energy team environment
  • A team player, with excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiastic and positive personality, with a can-do attitude
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and French
  • Comfortable with working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
