The position

Job description

As our Product marketing manager, you will be responsible for managing the positioning of Metroscope software and its communication to existing and prospective customers.

The Product marketing manager will work in strong collaboration with our sales & operations teams and with our international partners to promote Metroscope worldwide.

Your missions will encompass:

  • Build the product and services offers of Metroscope: technical content & messaging, market positioning, value proposition, pricing strategy, etc.
  • Build use cases with clear quantification of customer benefits (value proposition) with the support of the operations team;
  • Develop user knowledge: be the expert on our users, who they are, how they use the product and why. Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data (we use Hubspot as CRM);
  • Build, articulate and communicate the vision and value of new products or releases to our customer’s community and to the market;
  • Create the company’s technical sales materials to support our sales force and promote our brand (interviews, case studies, customer documentation, white papers, );
  • Set & maintain ambitious OKRs that draw a direct line between your work’s impact and the company’s growth strategy;
  • Represent and pitch Metroscope during dedicated conferences and events.

Preferred experience

  • Engineering degree or business degree with strong interest on technical & industry challenges;
  • Previous B2B product marketing experience (positioning, messaging, enablement, pricing), or a similar role, preferably in a SaaS company;
  • Thrive in an autonomous environment;
  • Great communication skills both oral & written;
  • Curious about industry digitalization;
  • Fluent in French and English;
  • Straightforward, trustworthy, creative;
  • Open to travel when required for conferences or industry events.
