Job description

We’re looking for someone to help us develop many projects around Happiness Management, Recruitment, HR projects, and contribute to maintain Mention in a positive, Happy@work and benevolent place to be!

You will report to our Head of People and work closely with all the different departments.


Overall your role is about helping us develop initiatives and processes to grow Mention’s attractivity & foster employees retention :


  • Administrative follow-up of the trainings
  • Management of HR partners: work medecine, OPCO, trainings partners, schools, etc.
  • HR processes monitoring
  • Updates of mandatory postings

Mentionos management

  • Work contract, endorsements, commission slip
  • Onboarding/offboarding
  • Payroll (Payfit)
  • Management of interns and work-study trainees
  • Monitoring of all Saas tools (SWILE, worklife, trusty, etc.)
  • Mentionos training and development plan


  • Job posting management
  • First screening of applications
  • Set up appointments for interviews

Happiness and Office Management

  • Office animation to promot presence on site: breakfast, monthly drinks, sports lessons, team building, retreat, work anniversaries, monthly games, etc.
  • Maintenance, cleanup and layout of the workspace
  • Management of the relationship with our service providers (goodies, consumables, supplies, etc.)
  • Well-being of employees, ensuring that each Mentionos is in its place, happy at work. Team commitment
  • Intranet animation
  • Quarterly survey
  • Launch and monitor a CSR commitment (disability, association relations, events, etc.)

Preferred experience


  • You are a HR Bachelor/Master student with ideally a first experience in HR
  • You’re ambitious and excited about joining a startup
  • You’re autonomous, and very organized with a lot of positive energy
  • You’re curious, willing to make lots of research on HR best practices, and you’re a fast learner
  • You have a lot of empathy and your main quality is benevolence
  • Fluent in English (don’t have to be bilingual but you will have to speak with our multicultural beloved team in NYC and English speakers in Paris office)
  • Good writing and communication skills in both languages (not spelling mistakes, Internal newsletter, job description..)
  • If you have graphic design, that would be a plus!
