As a Revenue Operations at Mention, you will link Marketing, Sales and Customer Success operations across the customer lifecycle to drive efficiency, growth and provide strategic recommendations.
Your missions will include:
Operations and Process optimization
Optimization and documentation of business processes (Sales, CS, Marketing) improve automatization and productivity.
Support day-to-day inquiries from the team, providing prompt and efficient solutions to a wide range of issues and developing operational procedures and policies.
Insights and Strategy
Build and monitor commercial KPI dashboards to follow performance of the commercial teams
Analyse data to identify problems and lever for improvement, develop scalable solutions and monitor their impacts;
Support the management team and the company with exploratory analysis to drive strategic recommendations
Tools and Architecture
Develop and improve usage of the CRM (Salesforce) and other business tools (Pardot, Salesmachine, Salesloft…)
Responsible of the data stack and the reinforcement of the connection between our tools (& product) to improve data quality and reliability using Hull.io, Segment and Zapier
