As we are rapidly expanding in Europe, North-America, South-America, and rest of the world, we are looking for a dedicated and passionate IT Specialist to join our team in Paris !

Here are the missions that await you by joining Mention:

• Support for the management of Mention’s IT maintenance tasks, overhaul of our IT inventory system.
• Network management and implementation of a BYOD type security policy.
• Creation of new security policies and access management through the implementation of G-Suite SSO. Respect and follow-up of updating profiles when Mentioners leave.
• Management of employees’ IT stock (PC, telephone, printers, microphones, etc.).
• Setup of the new Mentioners’ stations (Windows, Mac, Linux) via our MDM software.
• Support for various security tasks, and security processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• You are curious and you are not afraid to test new technical solutions
• You are proactive and you will not hesitate to put forward your ideas
• In the fourth or final year of engineering/IT school
• A first experience in a software publisher is a plus
• Good level of English required
