We are looking for a “Project coordinator - Photo quality”, to manage the projects for our core business clients (CDI). The person will join our Production Team and would be responsible for coordinating the pre/post production and the delivery of the photoshoots for our clients’ projects WorldWide.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Creating guidelines for photo shoots, based on clients’ specific needs
• Evaluating photos shoots of each photographer and giving them feedback
• Monitoring the photos’ quality and guarantee timely delivery
• Develop project processes, organizing the internal & the external resources to ensure the coordination and execution of the projects
• Internal support for Post-Production and talents
• Gather client’s project feedbacks and share with involved internal & external stakeholders

• Basic technical knowledge of photography, experience as a professional photographer is a plus.
• Organized and able to work with tight deadlines
• Problem solving skills and a proactive attitude
• Ability to interact smoothly with clients and develop a trustful relationship
• Fluency in French and German is required; good level of English is a plus
