The Operations Development Team is a transversal squad within the company whose mission is to explore Meero’s next growth levers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Strategy & Operations intern you will work both with the Growth & Operations Development team and cover many areas of our growing business.

You will be in charge of the operational framing & delivery of our new business lines while studying on which market segments we should launch next.

Your role will entail the following:

• Help Sales representatives frame client needs and price them with the aim of reaching a healthy contribution margin
• Manage operations for world-wide clients Guarantee the delivery of the different projects with internal teams
• Conduct market studies to identify new profitable market segments
• Start developing Meero’s differentiating offer for these newly identified segments
• Give visibility on your activity to both managements through regular reporting

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• You are currently studying in a similar field, in a Business school, Engineering school or top University ;
• You are good at working in a fast-paced environment which requires a high degree of multitasking and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously ;
• You like to lead early-stage projects with a proactive stance and an ability to think outside of the box ;
• You have good relationship skills. Rigorous, dynamic, curious and highly autonomous, you are also results oriented ;
• A first experience in Consulting or Business Operations / Account / Project Management would be a plus.
