The position

Job description

You’ll join Spark (Meero wedding business unit) - a startup within the startup, with a huge potential for growth.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Your main goal: drive growth and acquisition, focusing on paid channels

  • Develop & optimize growth channels to drive revenues growth - mostly Facebook & Google.
  • Identify and test new paid channels.
  • Deploy successful paid marketing campaigns from ideation to execution in France and in the US.
  • Develop and lead tactics to drive qualified traffic to our website and to convert them into clients.
  • Perform A/B tests on funnels to better qualify and capture leads.
  • Produce creative and engaging landing pages and ads to generate qualified prospects and convert them.
  • Propose new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as test new approaches to capture existing demand.
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assess against our KPI.

Preferred experience

  • Solid experience in marketing ad campaigns on Facebook & Google, in B2C.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing tools (e.g. Lead-Gen Forms, Webflow, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, MixPanel, Tableau, Segment, Hotjar etc).
  • You are an owner, driving force of proposal and take full ownership over your assigned tasks.
  • You are data-driven, you hold yourself accountable of strategy and analytics and you are able to report and communicate on learnings.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you adopt a done-is-better than perfect attitude and you enjoy working in fast-paced environments.
  • You have great English communication skills, both written and spoken.
