The Business Communications & Support department
Our mission is to provide outstanding customer support to Meero’s audiences (photographers, clients, partners…) on all possible channels. Our operations articulate around 2 core teams: Delivery Support where we organise call campaigns to schedule and maintain the logistics of our photoshoots ; and the Care Team that handle customer queries, issues and escalations. Our raw material remain human interactions and our goal is to maximise tools & processes efficiencies while providing great experiences. To this regard we also own the communication tools of the company (telephony, emailing, chats, bots…) and equip all teams so they deliver efficiently.

As a Business Communication & Support intern, you will assist the management team in several aspects of our daily operations: processing tasks, scaling teams, delivering projects. Examples of missions include:
