We are rapidly growing in the world’s major fashion capitals and we have built up an extensive global network of freelance photographers, fashion stylists, hair & make-up artists, and producers (along with many other specialists).

The eCommerce team, is looking for a senior producer, to work on various new exciting projects*

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• General production coordination
• On set and remote production
• Organisation of photoshoots (small and big scale) Logistics management
• Travel to run projects
• Gather necessary information from multiple sources
• Develop project guidelines, processes, internal & external resources, schedules
• Internal support of Post-Production, talents and asset quality
• Ensure efficient management of & collaboration with on-set talents
• Report & mitigate risks and issues associated with projects
• Guarantee project quality, timely delivery & targeted profitability
• Gather project feedback and share with involved internal & external stakeholders
• Follow post production workflow to deliver quality assets on time.

• Good management and communication skills
• Knowledge of technical language in photography, video and respective post productions
• Capacity to work under pressure
• Highly structured and organized (you will have to work for various aspects of projects and handle different projects at the same time)Excel proficiency with ability to create shootlists + internal reportings to track any detail of your project
• Be a problem solver
• Ability to interact smoothly with clients and develop trustful relationship
