Legal HR Officer - Alternance / Apprenticeship [F/M/X]

Responsibilities:

• Legal support in Social and Labour Law topics
• Counsels HR, local management on handling employee relations matter, recommends and helps implement appropriate actions.
• Drafting & reviewing employment agreements
• Risk analysis
• Employment contract Clauses
• Post-contractual obligations
• Validity of documents
• Breach of contractual obligations
• Disciplinary procedures and termination of employment contracts
• Review and provide legal support on drafting and development of Human Resources policies and procedures domestically and internationally.

Ideal profile:

• Currently doing a Master's Degree in Labour Law 
• French Native, English fluent
• You have had some previous experiences in a similar position 
• You are able to ensure legal knowledge is up to date and be proactive in sharing this with the team
• You are problem solving skills and ability to work in an international business environment
