Follow-up and management of the legal life of the Group's companies (various statutory modifications, opening/closing of subsidiaries, formalities, etc.);
Legal support for all questions relating to corporate law (drafting of intra-group agreements, regulated agreements, delegations of authority, etc.)
Establish corporate governance processes and corporate secretarial best practices ;
Prepare shareholder meetings
Prepare financial operations (funding rounds, secondary sales between our shareholders)Oversee ManoMano compliance with our contractual obligations (as part of the previous funding rounds)
Manage the legal aspects of any future external growth operations (M&A)
Manage our insurance portfolioManage corporate real estate law issues
Drive our corporate lawyers when required
