Today we start to have an interesting market share, but the growth opportunities remain huge. The opening of our offices in 4 different locations, 2 new fulfillment centers and ManoMano Pro platform dedicated to Home Improvement professionals, are the demonstration of our strong potential in this market. ManoMano is looking for a Lead Account Management B2C Italy, responsible for the development of our business in Italy and able to customize our global strategy to the country’s needs.
Within the Sourcing team and reporting to the Head of Business Development Italy, you will occupy a key role for ManoMano’s growth: manage Account Management Italy teams, to provide the best support to our Italian sellers increasing their commitment. Thanks to your flexibility and agility, you will manage 2 different teams: the Key account managers and the Sellers account managers.
As a Lead Account Manager, you will be responsible for top and bottom line results of your portfolio.

Implement the Account Management strategy according to the different types of partners
Set outstanding process to immediately highlight sellers’ ways of improvement
Set up standardized action plans for any identified way of improvement
Set and monitor the KPIs that will help you achieve your objectives
Develop the relationship with our partners
Ensure sales growth and margin improvement
Be the voice of our partners at the company level (sponsor internally any tech or non-tech initiatives)
Build and manage your team
Act as a leader and mentor to grow individuals
Support your team by defining efficient and innovative process
Actively set your business priorities and share them with your team
