While our technology is highly valued for its flexibility, it is sometimes perceived as complex by our customers and the developers who integrate it. The mission of the Developer Experience team is to make our technology easier to understand and integrate through API documentation and integration solutions.
We are looking for a Technical Writer who will bring precision and consistency to our documentation and ensure good understanding of our technical solutions.
Collaborating with stakeholders across the business, the Technical Writer will help us to enhance the developer experience and to define a new level of excellence in payment solutions for developers.
Reporting to the Lead Product Manager (Developer Experience), you will be part of the Product team under the direction of the Head of Product.
As a Technical Writer, your responsibilities will include:
Creating technical content that shows developers how to use MANGOPAY and how to get the most out of their MANGOPAY implementations
Owning the writing process of technical articles, tutorials and release notes
Participating in defining a documentation strategy and process: organisation, tone of voice, writing guidelines, design
Reviewing, updating and harmonising our technical content across all our documentation
Develop new documentation formats such as video tutorials, starter-kits
Collaborating with our Marketing and Academy teams to create blogs, white papers, and other publicly available content.
At least 1-2 years of in-depth work on technical products, as a Technical Writer, Customer Success or Product Manager. Ideally in fintech or on SaaS products.
Excellent written communication skills in English and you do speak french as well
You are attracted to new technologies and coding (even if you are not a developer yourself). API or SDK are not strange words for you.
