The position

Job description

To support company growth and acceleration, MANGOPAY is on the verge of building its internal Academy.
At MANGOPAY we believe that training is a real lever for the overall performance. It is the guardianship of future transformations and agility with as pilars:

  • Improvement of the knowledge level and global competence increase;
  • Better circulation of information;
  • Triggering and accompanying change and transformation.

This new department will be one of the key in the execution of the MANGOPAY strategy.

We are looking for a business oriented project manager who will work with the operational teams to translate the department’s needs into specific training plans. The ideal candidate will use marketing, digital and change management practices to build the Learning function to MANGOPAY.

Overall missions

Project management : learning and development programs

  • Manage the learning cycle for all roles within the business, identifying the best course of action to achieve the required level of competence.
  • Ensure development and implementation of digital learning solutions answering the needs and priorities of MANGOPAY’s strategy and performance (interactive e-learnings, videos, and other digital learning tools).
  • Engage internal teams and work together with external partners to customize appropriate training materials according to the business needs.
  • Propose and develop a framework of standards used to assess and/or measure training programmes.
  • Track and act upon feedback and data to deliver continual improvement processes in our training plans with a customer centric approach.
  • Preparing MANGOPAY for change and transformation by optimizing management and innovation (pro-active content, training on market trends, …).

Internal and external content strategy

  • Help all departments and teams to develop their functional content.
  • Manage inbound marketing content production
  • Ensure the company has an homogeneous content on all channels

Short-term challenges : onboarding, iterations & continuing-training

  • Organize and diversify our training for onboarding to support our fast growing phase.
  • Structure and formalize business content, processes and tool usage.
  • Deliver continuing-training and business changes support (regulatory, tech, etc.).
  • Spread the MANGOPAY culture and its values.

Preferred experience

At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, including the creation of a corporate university/Academy in a company
Past experience designing learning programs, ideally in technical areas (Engineering, Data…) to serve business strategic needs is required

  • Experienced in working in an international environment (an experience in a Saas scale-up would be a plus)
  • Able to present and structure complex information in a clear way in both English and French
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Able to understand complex products and solutions
  • Precise and thorough in task execution and review
  • Great communication, project management & organization skills, active listener, and ability to synthesize high level information
  • Creative and open-minded
  • Work on implementing a state-of-the-art Learning Management System
