This new department will be one of the key in the execution of the MANGOPAY strategy.
We are looking for a business oriented project manager who will work with the operational teams to translate the department’s needs into specific training plans. The ideal candidate will use marketing, digital and change management practices to build the Learning function to MANGOPAY.
Project management : learning and development programs
Internal and external content strategy
Short-term challenges : onboarding, iterations & continuing-training
At least 7 years of experience in Project Management, including the creation of a corporate university/Academy in a company
Past experience designing learning programs, ideally in technical areas (Engineering, Data…) to serve business strategic needs is required
