About the role

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager Intern who would be helping us bring our product content strategy to the next level. The role would also encompass competitive intelligence, and supporting product awareness and launch across at Malt, reporting to the Senior Product Marketing Manager, sitting within the Marketing team.

You’ll be responsible for Malt’s product marketing content creation and cross-functional consistency at international level. 

Product marketing is the process of bringing a product to market and overseeing its overall success. Our goal as a team is to tell our product story to showcase how our products help our audience to overcome obstacles and pain points. Our mission is threefold:

 1) we shape our product strategy with customer, freelancers and competitive insights

2) we drive successful launches that articulate our products values in a way that resonates with the market

3) we generate post-launch product growth via advocacyAs a result the team works across the entire product lifecycle, from informing product builds, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch. 

What will you learn in our team ?

- develop ability to translate complex product requirement/features into a storytelled presentation

- Presentation skills (be the voice of the product in sales in market/sales and the voice of market/sales in product)

Your missions will be

  • Work on product related content such as: case studies, sales kits, narratives dedicated to specific personas, video, product launch emails etc
  • Support roll out of new features & products, be the
  • Create marketing landing pages (incl. copywriting recommandations, briefing UW writer & designer, etc.)
  • Contribute to product focused articles/medium posts
  • Brief and educate internal teams about new products (USPs, Positioning, Pricing)
  • Communicate the vision and value of Malt’s products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process
  • Competitive intelligence and market studies
  • Preferred experience

  • Level Master 2  with strong marketing experiences.
  • Ability to synthesize complex insights into structured and easy to digest formats and presentations
  • Persuasion skills, ability to convince others and facilitate group discussion by presenting effective arguments
  • Communication skills: ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial.
  • You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels.
  • Collaborative skills: collaborate with multiple teams across the business, which will often include community, sales, marketing, engineering, product, sales ops and senior executives.
  • Written proficiency and excellent command of English. Native speaker is a plus.
  • The ideal candidate will already have product marketing experience.
