Working directly with Louiza, the CEO, you will be in charge of all of Malou’s sales dynamics, and therefore spearhead our growth.
This position is that of a cluster leader who will take Malou to another scale, and into other countries!
🏭 Build the team and structure
Structure the team: build the SDR cluster, and hiring 10 more Account Executives.
Train and coach the team: improve individual and collective performance.
Increase productivity and sales processes, choose the right tools, deploy them and train the teams
Build sales forecasts and communicate them.
🚀 Contribute to lead generation
Increase quantity of leads received: offline, trade shows, phoning, commandos, partnerships…
Improve the quality of leads: work hand in hand with the marketing team
💪 Build the commercial deployment strategy
Improve and analyse results from the field to identify the next growth drivers
Participate in Malou’s revenue management : work on pricing, review offers, and considering product enhancements
You know how to sell and have a proven track record in SaaS (ideally with restaurant owners or small independents)
You have already managed a team of more than 5 people and have operational and analytical skills
You have been involved in the early-stage growth of a start-up as part of the sales team or as Head of Sales
You have a results-oriented mindset : involved, proactive, you like to see the impact of your actions on a daily basis
In order to succeed in this role, you must have a good level in French and English. Spanish or Italian is a plus.
