Who are they?

Lynceus is building the first predictive OS for manufacturers. They use manufacturing data and process comprehension to predict the performance of goods and systems within factories. They eventually aim to integrate within the process control tools, and allow for powerful simulations of new process steps.

Semiconductor manufacturing is their first market, but they are also relevant for most high added-value manufacturing, with use cases proven in LED, battery, biopharma and chemical industries.

Job description

As one of the first members of the product team at Lynceus, you will help build the team’s practices and operations from the ground up.
You’ll work with some of the brightest minds in the industry in the AI space, use bleeding edge technology, and see your efforts affect the business in unparalleled ways.
You will identify and define opportunities and key features, from their inception to their release, all in a very ‘hands-on’ way.

Our product has UIs, APIs, AI models, data lakes, cloud/on-prem deployment support using state of the art infrastructure.

In this regard, you will:

  • Gather and prioritise product / customer requirements, write product specifications, epics, and build wireframes / APIs / data models
  • Translate business goals into objectives and product KPIs and ensure product initiatives have the right direction and focus to succeed in the market
  • Manage the product roadmap, communicate it to stakeholders, and execute it
  • Collaborate with your engineering/research teams every day to rapidly deliver value-adding features, systems, and capabilities
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, operations and marketing teams to commercialise new product features

Preferred experience


  • 3+ product management experience in a B2B environment
  • Good understanding of UI/UX
  • Good understanding of API-first products
  • Industry experience in software development / AI / ML
  • Background working with large datasets and data visualisation tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • BSc/MSc in related fields, PhD preferred
  • MBA - an advantage
