To achieve these ambitions, Lydia relies on highly technical and detail oriented teams who build a unique IT infrastructure across Europe, shipping new products every month used by millions of customers, and maintaining a banking infrastructure which processes billions of euros of transactions, trades & credits every year.

Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Technical Product Manager (Marketing Analytics).

As a successful B2C product, Lydia onboards 150,000 new customers every month and is pushing its base of +6 million customers towards monetization, via a large set of products (current account, credit, trading, savings, etc.). To make it possible, Lydia’s marketing team is putting a lot of effort into acquisition and conversion campaigns, leveraging state-of-the-art CRM and paid acquisition tools. The app itself is also leveraged to bring awareness on Lydia features, push conversion and increase retention, via test & learn strategies and AB testing campaigns.

As Technical Product Manager (Marketing Technology), you will join the Technical Product Management team and be in charge of the setup, the evolutions and the proper run of Lydia’s in-house and external marketing tools (, etc.). Transversely, you will also be part of the UX & Marketing squad, composed of people with all the competences (tech, marketing, project management, etc.) required to make our tools & app evolve for marketing purposes. As part of your role, you will also be in charge of all technical specifications related to the app evolutions implemented by the squad, as well as of all associated operations (monitoring, incident management, etc.).

What you will do :

  • Be in charge of the proper functioning of Lydia’s marketing tools, whether they are built in-house (AB testing, Cashback platform) or external (CRM, paid marketing, marketing analytics, marketing attribution) ;

  • Build strong expertise on marketing analytics tools and their operational specificities ;

  • Specify all functional evolutions related to marketing tools, or to any other evolutions of the app requested by Marketing & Products teams, and implemented by your squad ;

  • Support technical teams in the development of these evolutions, and validate the output of their work ;

  • Manage the relationship with partners involved in your product (e.g., Braze, AppsFlyer, Ad Networks) ;

  • Design and operate monitoring plans to track the business & technical performance of all products under the scope of your squad ;

  • Manage all operations related to the scope of your squad (monitoring, incident management, partner management, etc.) ;

  • Drive your priorities based on business value created by Lydia customers.


  • You are in the right place if :

  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the management of a technical product, with proven ability for technical conception and collaboration with technical teams ;

  • You have a strong technical background, but you are also able to lead projects & understand business constraints ;

  • You have expertise in marketing analytics ;

  • You are hands-on and proactive to build the product(s) you are in charge of ;

  • You show strong analytical, written communication and project management skills.


  • And it’s a strong plus if :

  • You have past professional experience in the marketing analytics industry or you have previously worked for a B2C app ;

  • You are familiar with tools such as Braze, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Adjust or any ad networks (Facebook, Google, Snapchat, etc.) ;

  • You know how to use SQL.


  • Recruitment process:

  • A first interview by call ;

  • A round of physical interviews with 2 Lydia Managers ;

  • A second round of physical interviews.
