Job description

Reporting to the COO, you will join the Project Management & Delivery team.

This team is responsible for the proper allocation & coordination of Lydia’s internal resources, allowing to ship projects in time and with the highest quality. In particular, these teams are responsible for :

  • Leading project teams assigned to each Strategic project prioritized by Lydia ;

  • Ensuring all project management rules & guidelines are followed by project teams (tech, product, marketing, etc.) ;

  • Allocating Lydia’s resources (in particular technical ones) on projects and RUN topics, by handling sprint planning processes or Kanban backlog ordering ;

  • Animating the project teams and development squads they are in charge of.


  • You will be assigned to a development squad focused on a given functional expertise. What you will do :

  • Deliver your roadmap, by framing & managing all projects it contains and by leading all involved parties (Tech, Product, Marketing, Operations, etc.) ;

  • Ensure the proper implementation of all company’s project management guidelines within your squad and Project teams ;

  • Animate your squad and your Project teams ;

  • Allocate resources (tech, product, marketing, etc.) to secure your project roadmap. In particular for tech resources: build each sprint or prioritize Kanban backlog.


  • Profile

    You are in the right place if :

  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the management of large technical projects ;

  • You show strong leadership skills allowing you to lead & motivate transversal teams ;

  • You show strong analytical, written communication and project management skills ;
