Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talents to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Affiliation & Partnership Marketing.

Reporting to our Global User Acquisition Leader, you will join the Marketing team, and you will be responsible for finding and managing partnerships that will drive acquisition of new users and bring awareness of our different plans and features to old ones.

What you will do :

  • Develop & maintain a prospect/sales pipeline daily ;

  • Recruit new partners & affiliates across the countries we are present (France, Portugal & Spain) and in new industries we might not be present now ;

  • Creating personalized business proposals and eventually negotiation with direct partners and do forecast and budget development ;

  • Onboard each new partner or affiliate through the finance, tech (we use Appsflyer) and Marketing teams to make sure the shared data is correct and the billing works on time ;

  • Act as a point of contact for all affiliates, partners and publishers providing Lydia product training, positioning guidance, optimization to increase the number of sales and ongoing support ;

  • Monitor daily affiliate performance and report it to the team to make sure everything is on track ;

  • Work independently to produce all necessary account management documentation and reporting ;

  • Take a proactive approach in solving issues with assigned partners, escalating issues to the appropriate team level when necessary.

  • You are in the right place if :

  • You are fluent in english ;

  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience by demonstrating an understanding of the partnerships or affiliate marketing industry ;

  • You understand what makes a good/bad partner, how an affiliate campaign can be improved and how to match a Lydia benefit or feature to a specific affiliate or sector ;

  • You can analyze websites and determine whether they are affiliate marketing friendly ;

  • You have excellent knowledge in Google suite, specifically on Google Sheets / Excel ;

  • You are analytical, organized and rigorous ;

  • You have strong time management skills with the ability to be flexible and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • You are a fast learner with strong team orientation and a positive, can-do attitude
