To provide world-class payments services to millions of users, Lydia relies on the Operations team to ensure that all payment operations run 24/7 without friction. The reliability of the payment services is indeed paramount to the success of Lydia and it’s the role of the Operations Specialists to ensure that any issue which arises is quickly identified and resolved. They are also in charge of identifying areas of improvement for the product and processes related to their perimeter.

Reporting to the Operations Lead, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team.

What you will do :


  • Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incidents and bugs;

  • Manage operational exchanges with Lydia's payment partners;

  • Perform data analysis to understand and improve the performance of products and processes related to your vertical;

  • Follow up the launch of the new features and product to validate the expected behaviour;

  • Define and execute certain operational processes;

  • Identify frictions in the product & processes related to your vertical and propose improvements to Technical Product Managers and Operations Managers.


  • You are in the right place if :


  • Your analytical skills allow you to understand complex technical issues;

  • You are comfortable with SQL (or are ready to become so) and are able to analyse data to understand and solve problems;

  • You have a good knowledge of electronic banking;

  • You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing;

  • You are autonomous and proactive;

  • 2 to 5 years experience in tech companies

  • Specific experience in the payment industry is a plus.
