Part of our growth strategy is centred around attracting top talents to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for an apprentice for an Operations Project Manager (Fraud & Identity).

Reporting to our Head of Fraud & Regulatory Operations, you will join the Technical Product Management & Operations team.

What you will do :

  • Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incident or bug related to our fraud-fighting and identity verification stack of technical products ;

  • Perform data analysis to understand the performance of our fraud-fighting and identity verification tools and products and shortlist possible optimizations to Operations Managers ;

  • Define and execute operational processes attached to fraud-fighting and identity verification systems ;

  • Identify the existing frictions attached to the usage of our fraud-fighting and identity verification tools and products and to their related processes and propose proactively improvement areas to Technical Product Managers ;

  • Follow up the launch of new features and products linked to fraud-fighting and identity verification and validate the expected behaviours ;

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English

  • You have a strong sense of initiative and are always ready to optimise your working methods and tools

  • You are methodical and have strong analytical skills


  • And it’s a plus if :

  • You are familiar with the SQL language
