Part of our growth strategy is centered around attracting top talent to help us nurture our ongoing success. We are now looking for our new Operations Manager intern.

As Operations Manager, you will be at the crossroad of Lydia’s Technical teams and Product Management teams. You will join one of Lydia’s development Squad and will focus on one of the key verticals of Lydia (Payment, Credit, Fraud & Identity, Trading, Accounts & subscriptions, etc.), to build and operate a set of core Lydia products.

Job is opened to Lydia’s four French offices : Paris, Lyon, Bordeaux, Nantes.

What you will do :

  • Ensure the smooth running of operations and manage any incidents and bugs related to your vertical ;

  • Perform data analysis to understand and improve the performance of products and processes related to your vertical ;

  • Run pre-release tests to validate product's behavior ;

  • Follow up the launch of the new features and product to ensure their success;

  • Identify frictions in the product related to accounts & subscriptions and propose improvements


  • You are in the right place if :

  • You are an engineering school student, in your final cycle ;

  • You show strong interest in the tech industry and in mobile app-based innovative products on the market ;

  • You are very rigorous and have a strong analytical mindset ;

  • You are familiar with SQL or you are comfortable with at least one programming language ;

  • You have excellent written and oral communication skills, in French and English.


  • And it’s a plus if :

  • You are familiar with Data analytics and visualization tools ;

  • You have a prior working experience in the tech industry
