Direct supervision of the production team (China Desk).

1/ PROJECT SUPERVISION

• Support other teams on China related subjects.
• Determine project scope and objectives, define the best-suited methodology,
  timeline and roadmap to different problematics.
• Predict and procure adequate financial, material and human resources required
  for a successful project completion in an effective and efficient manner.
• Source and manage contracts with third-party vendors and suppliers.
• Full project life cycle ownership, manage all aspects of multiple related projects
  to ensure the overall successful delivery in planned timeframes.
• Act as an internal quality control check, utilize industry best practices,
  techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
• Conduct progress reviews, detect limitations or faults, give improvement advice.

2/ CLIENT COORDINATION

• Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better tackle the pain points and upsell to clients.
• Act as the main point of contact to client in all matters relating project
  execution.
• Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships to achieve long-term
  partnerships, collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients.

3/ TEAM DEVELOPMENT

• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
• Be responsible for the day-to-day project activities & resources, and chairs the
  project management team meetings.
• Provide on-site leadership by building and motivating team members to meet
  project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and key milestones.

- 3 to 5 years of work experience in related industries, self-motivated & passionate.
- In-depth knowledge about China luxury market & clientele, solid experience in data analysis, market research, consumer profiling, competition benchmark and strategy consulting.

• Proven track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring punctual delivery with the highest quality standards.
• Data-driven, strong logical thinking and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, preeminent planning and time management skills.
