Your mission in the team?

As a Data Analyst in the User Life tribe, your mission will be to understand every aspect of our user's life at Luko and provide insights to be able to reduce churn and maximise LTV.
This will include :

  • building and maintaining churn metrics and reports, 
  • monitoring and maximising the efficiency of our payment and recovery system,
  • building and maintaining connections to CRM to increase targeting efficiency

     

      What you will need to be successful?

      • You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics
      • You are fluent in SQL & you have a first experience in data modelling
      • You have a strong analytical mindset and are data-driven thinking - We care about making data transparent & available to all stakeholders through visualisation.
      • You have a deep understanding of the business stakes 
      • You are a true team player - we build big things together as a team and as part of the data team you will be collaborating with multiple business lines!
      • You value creative problem solving - everyone is the owner of its topics and we value speed of execution with smartness and iteration. It is your duty to raise a hand if you face a challenge and ask for help!
      • You are fluent in English (written/spoken) - Luko is an international company everyone works in English!

      ✚ Bonus if you have some knowledge of data science techniques for analytics and appetence for these topics (statistics, predictive modeling, etc) as this will allow you to go beyond the daily routine!

      The Recruitment Process?

      1. First interview/ Introduction call with Pie-loup, our Lead Data Analytics (45min)

      2. Case study + debrief with Pie-loup and 1 or 2 members of the data team (1h)

      3. Live SQL interview with 1 member of the data team (30/45min)

      4. Lukofit interview with Alison from the People team (30/45min)
