The position

Job description

Your mission in the team:

As CRM manager, your role will be to support Luko’s exponential and sustainable growth.

You will work directly under the supervision of Luko’s Global head of CRM to build a stellar client relationship, unique in the Insurance sector.

As part of the User Life tribe, in charge of the global customer experience, you will be dedicated to improve customer engagement, satisfaction and retention KPIs

Your missions will include:

  • Understanding the global customer lifecycle and work closely with Product team to ensure consistent and relevant multichannel user journeys.
  • Supporting the Product teams to send best-in-class customized transactional communications to our customers
  • Ensuring a strong engagement level of our customer base to increase the lifetime (NPS, services adoption, churn rate)
  • Defining key moments and relevant persona to push upsell / cross sell and increase the customer value
  • Permanently optimize CRM campaigns performance through automation, personalization, benchmarking and crazy AB testing

Who are you?

  • Business School Master degree or equivalent
  • 1-4 years of CRM experience (internships incl.): you already worked with a CRM tool
  • 1st experience in start up / scale up / fast growing environment is a plus
  • Very rigorous with strong analytical skills: Data and KPIs driven
  • Copywriting skills: comfortable to write customer contents on your own
  • Comfortable with tech and data environment: you're not afraid of managing data variables, HTML and owning campaigns set up in different tools / back office (CRM, CMS...)
  • Multi tasking (very transversal position)
  • Curious: you are a heavy reader of tech news, different CRM programmes and are always pushing to hear about best practices
  • Entrepreneurship & results-oriented mindset
  • Test and learn approach

Languages: Fluent in English ; French is a big plus
