The International Operations team is in charge of ensuring the 26 Louvre Hotels Group regional offices around the world from South Korea to Brazil deliver the best level of service to our franchised hotels.

Your missions:
Ensure the successful integration of new hotels joining the group from the contract signing date to the grand opening to the public.

Contribute to the monitoring of the network's performance by analyzing KPIs, carrying out business reviews, and following up on action plans set in place, always keeping in mind the win-win relationship with our franchise network. (hotels and regional offices)

Facilitate and monitor the communication between our corporate support services (Marketing, E-commerce, Distribution, Sales..) and the regional offices.

Contribute to the creation and ensure the correct usage of the franchisor tools designed for our regional offices.

Education & Professional Experience:
- Master's degree in Business School or Hospitality program
- At least 1 year of work experience in an Upscale Branded hotel Preferred
- An experience in Revenue Management, E-Distribution and Franchise Management with an International exposure
Skills :
an excellent organizational abilities, analytical, deductive skills, financial literacy, mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge of Salesforce
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communication and social skills, ability to engage in cross-disciplinary work in autonomy, precise and attentive to detail, Team player & team-oriented, Ambitious, proactive, solution-driven and Willing to take initiatives
