The position

Job description

Manage the assembly line in order to achieve the objectives of Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines.
Guaranteeing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement on the shop floor
Manage a workshop of 15 people (production, supply, warehouse) - 1x8
Carry out the administrative follow-up and the maintenance of his team’s skills.
Update the data in the ERP system

Preferred experience

Have technical knowledge (mechanics, assembly,…)
Know the safety rules in production
Knowing how to apply Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement
Mastery of CAPM/ERP (Sylob would be a plus)
Know how to conduct individual interviews

Recruitment process
