We're now seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team in our Malta office for the role of Global Key Account Manager. You'll be the go-to person for our global client(s), responsible for overseeing and optimizing their online advertising campaigns. This role combines sales, relationship management, account support, and strategic planning to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in managing global accounts, with a focus on online advertising or digital sales.

What will you do?

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with important global clients by listening to their needs and providing customized solutions.

  • Manage and improve online advertising campaigns for these clients, making the most of their budgets.

  • Identify new business opportunities within key accounts and negotiate contracts and pricing.

  • Provide comprehensive account management, including in-person meetings with clients and prompt customer support.

  • Handle all aspects of online advertising campaigns, including data analysis and regular reporting.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions. Advise clients on adjusting strategies accordingly.

  • Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

  • Contribute to product development to improve sales outcomes.

  • Create and implement strategic plans to meet or exceed sales and revenue goals and targets.

  • Represent the company at conferences and events to network, promote the brand, and find new business leads.

Preferred experience

What are we looking for?

  • A proven track record of success in media or online advertising sales (buy side, sell side, or affiliation).

  • Ability to create and sustain positive relationships with clients and partners.

  • A results-driven and strategic mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets through a goal-oriented approach.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people.

  • Ability to prioritize, work independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Ukrainian at a native level, or experience in managing accounts of Ukrainian clients, coupled with professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken), are essential requirements.

  • Have experience with any kind of Ads Servers.
