We are looking for a Partnership Growth Manager to join the Growth Team at Libeo.

Our team is responsible to make Libeo growth through different levers, such as paid acquisition, seo, lead/demand generation, activation or virality.

The team is composed of 15 people, and you will report directly to the Head of Growth.

Job description

As Partnership Growth Manager, your role will be dedicated 100% to Partnerships, so you will coordinate and implement all acquisition, activation and retention actions targeted at partner users.

The Partnerships team is in charge of building relationships with numerous partners: banks, FinTechs, software publishers, consulting firms, accounting firms, integrators... These partners help us enhance the Libeo product with additional services or promote and distribute it more widely. Partnerships are a very strategic topic as they constitute an incredible growth lever for Libeo! A growing number of Libeo clients are partner users: they use an integration between Libeo's solution and a partner solution.

To summarize, in your typical day, you will closely interact with Loïc, Partnership Project Manager and with the Libeo Growth community to leverage various areas of expertise (Design, Tech, Product, Data).

Missions

  • Manage partnership deployment projects from a Growth perspective: definition of the Growth strategic roadmap for Partnerships, follow-up of joint actions, reporting and performance monitoring
  • Continually test and learn, recommend new channels, acquisition approaches, and A/B tests
  • Collaborate with growth team to define the best growth strategy and find new ideas
  • Collaborate with the brand and communication team to define the best content strategy efforts for Partnerships
  • Coordinate the creation of content dedicated to acquisition through Partnerships (landing pages, videos,ads content...)
  • Manage the SEA/Display/Youtube and social campaigns (Facebook/ Instagram/ Linkedin Ads) targeted at partner users in accordance with the global strategy and budget defined by the growth team
  • Analyze data to prove ROI and manage dashboards/reports to track Partnerships campaign success

Requirements

  • +3 years of experience in a similar role, in high growth companies or agency
  • Experience in B2B acquisition
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI driven environment
  • Strong analytical and synthetic skills
  • Effective in an entrepreneurial culture, working independently and as part of a team
  • Curious, open-minded, excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluent in French and English
