Since 2009, Lengow has been the indispensable e-commerce platform for multichannel expansion in the European market: marketplaces, price comparison websites, affiliate marketing, display ad retargeting, social media, etc.

The position can be based in any of Lengow offices: Paris, Nantes, Munich, London or Barcelona

The Solution consultant provides technical and functional support to our Global Sales Team on the most strategic sales proposals.To do this, he answers the technical-functional questions of the prospect / customer, he presents the design's solution and he ensures the proper transmission to the teams ensuring the connection to the solution.

The solution consultant works hands in hands with many stakeholders and not only the sales team (partnership, marketing, legal…) S/he is the key to Lengow's success in developing more sophisticated proposals.

In the case of more complex deals or “custom” requests, he works with the Professional Services team to provide the appropriate solutions.

This is a key role for our organization, reporting directly to the VP of Global Sales and great opportunities to develop a team if delivering success in the first year.

Your main tasks would be as follows :

  • Presenting the solution to the prospect / customer and set out about Lengow’s strengths.
  • Capacity to manage complex deals with the Sales team
  • Answering to the Request for proposals (RFP, RFI) for Premium Accounts
  • Transfering the sold projects to the Delivery teams, giving them all the information and details needed
  • Build a library of resources to execute faster and stop reinventing the wheel.

We are looking for someone with the following experiences and skills:

  • Previous experience as a Pre Sales Consultant in a SaaS company (e-commerce solutions, CMS, ERP, CRM)
  • A customer-focused and tenacious personality. Comfortable with sales negotiations and enjoy ambitious challenges.
  • Able to understand and demonstrate the value of complex technology quickly.
  • Talkative with finely-tuned listening skills.
  • Good capacities for analysis and synthesis.
  • IT knowledge (Python or PHP) will be a bonus.
  • Fluent English (capacity to write out and orally defend a proposal) and other languages are a plus
