At Lengow, the Professional Services were created to follow the merchants in the use of our solution but also to propose customized services. This results in different technical solutions and personalized recommendations to help them in their development and growth.

The project manager organizes and leads the project from start to finish and takes responsibility for each step. He identifies the customer’s technical and functional needs and leads it to production.

He/she is a strong coordinator that acts as a point of liaison between the different stakeholders (both internal and external).

This constitutes the context in which we are looking for our next Project Manager

Within the international team, you will be in liaison with our customers to understand their expectations and participate in the solution’s implementation.

Project manager responsibilities:

• Defining the customers’ needs
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities,
• Analyzing and anticipating the projects requirements,
• Tracking project and providing regular reports on project status to project team and key stakeholders,
• Promote internally the driven projects
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.

• Lengow operates in an international environment; we are therefore looking for a person that is fluent in Spanish, and that has good written and spoken command of another language (Italian, English or German),
• Proven experience in customer relations (at least 2 years), ideally related to the e-commerce environment or SaaS solutions,
• Proven analytical skills and ability to summarize efficiently,
• A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills,
• You have a strong understanding of Web environments,
• You have excellent teamwork skills,
• You know how to work with a project software
