We’re looking for someone who will build the future of lempire by bringing the best talents to the team. Your role will be to scale lempire from 50 to 200 top performers in 2 to 3 years.
You’ll work closely with every department to understand their recruitment needs (tech, product, design, support, marketing, growth, sales, people, video, etc.)
If you join us, you’ll be our very first Talent Acquisition Manager 😎 you will also become the main point of contact for all our current partners (recruitment agencies, etc.).
Your missions
Manage hunt for all departments
- Build clear ICP of talents
- Source qualified profiles
- Reach out to them with creative and efficient multichannel campaigns
- Make 1st meetings, cultural fit, motivation, etc.
Manage inbound candidates for all departments
- Write job offers
- Distribute offers
- Screen resumes (from wttj, social media, emails, etc.)
- Make 1st meetings, cultural fit, motivation, etc.
Manage our partnerships
Manage smooth and efficient collaboration with
- Recruitment agencies
- Recruitment plateforms
- Freelancers (TAM, RPOs, global hunters)
- Companies
- Schools
Work on recruitment 360
- Following up on the recruitment process until the onboarding
- Follow the candidate during the trial period
- Participate in building lempire culture brand to attract top talents
- Maintain clear recruitment processes for every department
- Optimize our recruitment tool stack

Your first weeks
Phase 1: week-1 (Onboarding)
- Deep dive into the vision, the mission, and the culture of lempire
- Talk with all departments to understand their main focus and priorities
- Understand lempire current recruitment needs and strategy
- Become familiar with our stack of tool and partners (recruitment agencies and platforms)
Phase 2: week-2 (1st outbound campaigns)
- Identify the 5 top priority job offers to begin with your first outbound campaign
- Identify the needs of the missions and build candidate ICP
- Create the outbound campaign
- Create a list of 50 top profiles to contact per offer
Phase 3 : week-3 (Outreach, interviews and coordination)
- Launch your first outreach campaign (set up a lemlist campaign, launch other creative campaigns)
- Book your first interviews with inbound candidates
- Work with our partners in parallel
Phase 4 : week-4+ (Talent acquisition management)
- Manage the talent acquisition from building ICPs to onboardings
- Become the main point of contact with all our partners
