The position

Job description

We’re looking for a Product Partnerships Manager with a proven track record to join lempire with 100% focus on lemlist, our most popular product.

In this role, your main focus will be to establish meaningful partnerships for our marketplace and execute global launch plans with the objective of expanding our reach and increasing product stickiness.

Phase 1 : week-1 (Onboarding)

  • Full lemlist audit, understand our target audience, and current product roadmap
  • Understand how different audience profiles use lemlist and how their funnels look like
  • Audit of the lemlist family community and our content marketing strategy

Phase 2 : week-2 to week-4 (Integrations)

  • Audit lemlist’s current marketplace + identify future opportunities
  • Develop an action plan to embed lemlist smoothly in different funnels of our target audiences
  • Audit current content situation (blog + youtube) around integrations and suggest improvements

Phase 3 : week-4 & ongoing (Partner Program)

  • Build the Partner Program that will help us and our users grow and scale together
  • Manage the pipeline, organize events, and build deep relationships with our partners
  • Create actionable case studies to inspire and educate our audience

Preferred experience

You are curious and have a track record in establishing partnerships and handling partner programs. Your copywriting skills and written English are top-notch, and your people skills and EQ speak for themselves.

  • Educate lemlist users on how to use different workflows and integrations to achieve their goals
  • Own the naming, positioning, and messaging for new campaign launches
  • Create content for different stages of our funnel
  • Monitor user behavior and build lifecycle triggers to boost workflow and integrations usages
  • Build and refine user personas based on customer research and interviews
  • Analyze data and feedback to report the impact of product partnership activities

Nice to have

  • You’ve used lemlist in the past and you know the ins and outs of the product
  • You’ve watched “The Office” multiple times and can understand jokes from Friends (happening regularly in our marketing team)
