In this role, you will be the oil that drives the company’s engine. You’ll live an intense and challenging experience in a fast-growing company. You won’t only execute a list of tasks, you will express your ideas, give your feedback, be proactive and no two days will be the same!

Your role will be split in two main missions:

  • Executive assistant to the CEO:
    → Help Guillaume manage his schedule and company travel arrangements (including flights, transportation, and accommodation)
    → Manage bank transfers and handle legal paperwork
    → Manage Guillaume’s inbox (emails and social media)
    → Attend meetings with Guillaume, take notes and track action-items
    → Be proactive in helping Guillaume being more productive
    → Own and manage side projects

  • Event manager for the company:
    → Organize business events for hundreds of people
    → Select topics and invite inspiring speakers
    → Launch invitation campaigns
    → Manage all the logistic (material, transportation, food and beverages, etc.)

If you join the team and take on this role, here’s what your first weeks will look like:

Phase 1: week 1 (Onboarding)

  • Full lempire audit, getting onboard with our vision and understanding the team structure
  • Getting familiar with the different tools and resources we’re using
  • Understand Guillaume’s daily work and how you will be able to have an impact on his productivity

Phase 2: week 2-3 (Getting familiar)

  • Start building a strong, collaborative and productive work style with him.
  • Take the lead on several actions progressively
  • Give feedback on the processes
  • Plan your first event

Phase 3: week 4 (Ownership of your missions)

  • Become the owner on all administrative missions
  • Launch your first event
  • Document the administrative processes and resources

Preferred experience

  • You are native French speaker and your are fluent in English (professional working proficiency). We’re an international company but our headquarters is in Paris.

  • You’re familiar with administrative processes and practises
  • You’re comfortable with new tools and technology
  • You know how to prioritize
  • You’re pro-active and adaptable
  • You’re comfortable with handling sensitive and confidential information
  • You can thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • You like to think outside the box and bring creative solutions to the table
