ABOUT THE POSITON

To support the company's hyper-growth, we are looking for our new intern who will be involved in data protection issues.

Within the #ComplianceTeam, you will be in charge of the following tasks:


  • Contribute to the updating of the register of processing operations and data protection impact assessments (DPIA)

  • Contribute to the drafting of legal notes and opinions on data protection legislation

  • Participate in the drafting and monitoring of the implementation of standards, policies and procedures

  • Contribute to the drafting, implementation and updating of tools intended to ensure Lemonway's compliance with the applicable legislation on personal data protection

  • Contribute to the management of individual rights requests

  • Contribute to the review of contracts and clauses relating to the protection of personal data

  • Contribute to assisting operational teams in bringing their projects into compliance

  • Participate in the awareness and training of employees

  • Native French is Mandatory 

    Knowledge of the Fintech sector is a plus


PROFILE


  • Master’s degree in law/ Data protection;

  • A genuine interest in the subject, both in terms of legal, operational and technical aspects

HIRING PROCESS

1️⃣ HR Interview

During the first round, you will first have a 30 minutes call with Irmgard, HR Operations Assistant to better understand your motivations about the role and company.


2️⃣ Manager Interview

If you successfully pass the first interview, you will have a 45 minutes interview with Sofia, Senior Compliance Officer. During this interview, you will have an opportunity to discuss the missions and expectations regarding the role within the company. Also, the hiring manager will ask you to highlight one or two of your past experiences to showcase your skills for success in the role.
