Lemonway puts payments expertise as the core knowledge for its business. The Payments team plays a central role in this culture and is organized around 3 mains activities: Fraud & Litigation, PSPs & Clients Relationship management and the Payments Processing.

Today, the Payment Processing team is looking for its new teammate. Come and join a very dynamic team, head by Chloé and lead by Romain. You will have a high level of responsibility by processing the daily operations for a Top 5 Lemonway’ client who is acting in the LBO industry with high pressure on cut off and large amount processed. This position will give you the chance to contribute to our growth and will bring you a strong experience in payments, cash management in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the unique point of contact for one of our Top 5 client

• Supervise the daily processing of payments operations for this brand-new activity: ensure the recording, monitoring, and proper settlement of all transactions.

• Operate the cash in & out (through different Swift’ reporting) and respect the Cut off for the financial closing.

• Make sure all operations are correctly executed in due time and that they are all reconciled.

• Apply the Segregation procedure in respect with the regulation

• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and support the product team by providing product update requests and by monitoring the impact of new features.

• Redact and update operating modes and procedures.

• Participate to transversal projects of the Payments team.

Desired skills

• You have a good knowledge of cash management including Swift networks, and have already worked on a TMS (Sage XRT and SBE would be a plus)

• You have knowledge about the financial activity and closing of deal

• You are rigourous, attentive to details and results oriented

• You have good communication skills,

• You are fluent in French and in English,

Experience

• You have a Bac+5 in Finance or Accounting.

• You have a proven experience in Cash management, in an Investment Banking Back office or similar.

You have an appetite for finance & payment ecosystem and willing to work in a dynamic environment.
