Graduated both in Digital Signal Processing from ENSEA Engineering school, as well as in Entrepreneurship from ESSEC, Pascal started his career in the early 90’s in the SFO Bay area when internet was a geeky text service, to set up an online portal for consumer market.

After that, he went back to France to joint venture between Orange & Deutsche Telekom to launch international end-to-end managed telecom services for Top 500 corporations.

Pascal created Legos in the early 2000. He started supporting the development of BtoC & BtoB broadband operators in Europe, then added cloud telephony operators, CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) and Global International operators.

Today, Pascal leads the development of Legos, together with the associated financing.

Elodie (Xinran) grew up in China and came to France for her study in 2018. After graduating from NEOMA Business School with a Master in Management degree, she joined Legos in June 2021 as Targeting Manager. Thanks to her outstanding business acumen, Elodie brought vitality to Legos. At present, she is responsible for the vertical market research and potential client qualifications. Besides, Elodie manages all other marketing and communications projects at Legos.

Nicolas joined Legos 10 years ago after obtained an engineering degree in Telecom Network at ESIEE. He had the opportunity to work on projects such as fixed and mobile portability, setting up mobile billing from data recovery to customer valuation. Since 2018, he manages the Telecom Admin team and is in charge of operator declarations in new countries as well as the interconnection agreements with local operators.

Born in Ecuador, Edison was working on his own entrepreneurship after college. In 2013, he came to France to pursue a master’s degree in Network and Systems Engineering, then joined Legos in 2015 as Engineering Intern. Thanks to his excellent performance, he stayed at Legos as a technical engineer, then got promotion to Customer Operations Director. As the head of support team, Edison stays at the first escalation level on customer matters.

During his study at ESGI, Adrien joined Legos for a Work-Study training program. Over the years, he was able to actively contribute to the development of a fixed and mobile operator and acquire a solid telecom background by staying close to the telecom systems and his customers. Adrien had the opportunity to develop mobile infrastructure when Legos became Full MVNO in 2014. He also succeeded to converge the mobile and fixed infrastructure on the unique environment. Today, he continues to support the customers onboarding and infrastructure development as Engineering Director.
