Job description

To strengthen its Organization, Ledger is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, as a strategic and critical role, will be responsible for providing help to the operational performance of the Talent Acquisition Team. S/he will collaborate closely with all the TA Managers, but also People, Legal, Finance, Procurement Teams amongst others to help ensure we are providing a best-in-class experience to our candidates and internal clients.

Your impact

  • Evaluate Talent Acquisition processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for continuous improvement
  • Suggest, Design and implement efficient solutions to reinforce the Talent Acquisition teams, their technical ecosystem solutions and improve the user experience
  • Understand change management best practices and the training needs that engage the roll out of new processes and tools/systems to effectively change or create new behaviors
  • Create online, user-guided training and documentation for all processes and update as processes evolve, with the support of the Talent Management Team where needed
  • Provide guidance on recruiting process, tools to Hiring Managers and Business leaders
  • Collect, format, analyze and interpret all Talent Acquisition Data and benchmark it against market standards to influence and drive the Talent strategies and recruiting attractions effort. Making of the Talent Acquisition organization, a data-driven one.
  • Produce all basic Talent Acquisition KPIs on a regular basis and Standard and/or customized reports to the Business Leadership
  • Enhance candidates and hiring manager experience through process excellence
  • Identifies new trends on the TA Market (Artificial intelligence, automation…)
  • Work with Legal and compliance teams to manage regular audits and controls to ensure that all TA processes and TA Systems are compliant with regulations.
  • Identify and complete TA Manager development needs to ensure that they are take the most of our TA ecosystem
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Recruitment and operations
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools and processes
  • Great analytical skills and the ability to look for measurable data in the process
  • Track record of driving business results with the ability to identify risks/issues, analyze data, assess implications, formulate recommendations, and influence outcomes required
  • Must be able to handle different projects at the same time; meet deadlines and be able to respond to quick, fast action.
  • Experience with recruitment systems like Lever or equivalent
  • Knowledge of global and regional hiring regulations and policies
  • Project Management skills
  • Strong PC literacy in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Fluent in French and in English
